We require a 50% down payment with balance due prior to delivery. We don't produce or ship orders paid with "Personal" or "Business Checks" until they clear your bank (typically a 1 to 3 week process). When it clears your bank, we will process your order and put into production. All others will be put into production when received. Because our canoes are hand made items, lead time as of 11/07 is approx. 7 1/2 weeks. There is a $260 charge for canceled orders after canoe has been produced, refundable if reordered within 90 days. Obviously if you can pick up your boat in Mountain Home Arkansas, there will be no shipping charges, but if you require delivery - here are the facts. Packing is $44.00 . Shipping door-to-door via truck (common carrier) runs between $200.00 to $450.00 depending on location . We will try to find the most reasonable carrier. If you pickup at your local truck terminal you will save approximately $50.00. Shipping to a commercial address will cost less than door-to-door and more than pickup at your local terminal, however they do not have terminals in all cities. YOU MAY ALSO ARRANGE DELIVERY YOURSELF. Jammer ships by common carrier / motor freight, private driver, etc. at our discretion. E-mail with the postal zip code of where delivery will take place. We will send you a price quote for the shipping costs. Returns: Any returns must be first approved by the factory and must be shipped prepaid. WARRANTY: If the product fails in use due to defective materials or workmanship, within one year of flatwater use, (5 years on hull intrusion*) after your receipt, we will, at our option, send repair materials and instructions or repair the product free of charge within one year after your receipt. You are responsible only for freight, handling and packaging. Warranty does not apply to damage sustained by accident, neglect or improper use or handling, nor to damage caused by the elements, or normal wear and tear, or which are structurally altered. THIS GUARANTEE IS LIMITED TO THE TERMS DESCRIBED ABOVE, This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Jammer reserves the right to alter specifications without prior notification and without incurring any obligation to incorporate such changes in units already completed or sold. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXCLUDED. THE REMEDIES PROVIDED IN THIS GUARANTEE ARE EXCLUSIVE, AND JAMMER BOAT AND CANOE SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. *Hull intrusion: Perferation of all layers of material under normal flatwater use. |
